Hi,
The cable reel on my Bosch BSG61870 no longer retracts, so I ordered a new one. The problem is that, even after removing the three torx screws at the top, I cannot take the cover off: though the front part lifts, the back appears to be still held by something, and I don't want to force it.
Any clues?
