Hello...
Any recommendations for gluing a sheet of A4 that has been put into a laminated pouch to a vinyl banner?
If it could remain flexible that would be a bonus, but the main thing is for it to stick and not fall off after an hour or so.

Bluetak... or a blob of hotmelt in each corner.
Either sew it on, or use pop rivets and large washers.

The laminated things I've come across are normally pretty stiff. If you really only want "an hour or so" sellotape. Even if it pees down that will probably do that long, particulary if you do it in the warm and dry and burnish the tape down.
