How does this work?
In my last house I opened the french doors and pushed the handle down and this locked in the open position. Dont know how it worked, I think German doors.
In this house nothing appears to lock the door as such but rather a friction pad that is always applied unless I reduce the tension by adjusting the screw on the friction pad in which case it doesnt then hold the door open.
