I have this house, it's old and granite. I think it was owned by John Wayne or some other cowboy.
Anyway, there's a fake gas powered 'coal' fire in the front room. Naff, but actually works quite well. The feed for this is copper pipe running down the /outside/ of the house. It look like it comes out of the ground with some sort of plastic surround, but the next maybe four metres are just copper. The first half is 22mm, the next is 15mm the there's a
10mm? tail going into the house to supply the fire. Could be imperial, haven't checked.
There are four plastic clips to hold the pipe, all of which are broken. The pipe is about 2" off the ground.
I don't know. Should I use Denso tape? Or something? Anything?
