Do neck massagers work?

What sort of exercises do you do? I am not much younger than you and the persistent muscle aches I had developed over a decade were eradicated in a matter of months with stretching AND strengthening exercises for the relevant muscles. There's loads of videos on youtube which are genuinely helpful for this.

This assumes you don't have any underlying medical issues that prevent you from doing the varous strength building exercises, of course.

I do have one of those heated shiatsu trype massagers, and it is alright. The heating bit is the best part of it, but it doesn't really "fix" anything. You have to strengthen and stretch the muscles.
