DIY FAQ

As previously discussed I have now migrated the FAQ fully to the wiki version. So now the landing pages at

and go to the same entry page as wiki.diyfaq.org.uk.

I have imported a number of articles from the FAQ where there was no obvious equivalent on the wiki, and given some of them a light edit to bring them a a bit more up to date, and remove broken links. A few I have redrawn some of the ASCII art diagrams properly, or added appropriate graphics.

Sometimes I have imported the whole article into a similarly named page, and other times I have merged its content with an existing page.

I have also changed the wiki main page to remove the sidebar link to the FAQ, and also included a download link for a PDF snapshot I captured of the complete FAQ. Available here:

Feel free to add links, remove duplication, add more articles from the FAQ as you see fit.

If anyone wants a copy of the actual HTML/CSS for the previous site, then let me know and I will make that available for download as well.
