Hello all, I have one of the above and need to change the setting on the ad juster BUT it is MEGA TIGHT and the instruction book does not tell one whic h way the outer (lock nut?) should be rotated or how to change the setting. .. A blue plastic (abs) arrow with a screwdriver slot just will not move i n any direction... Any help or advice will be much appreciated...
