DeWalt Driver screeching noise - fixed

Turns out (tg) it was an easy fix. The slider that changes speeds is a spring-type wire that is flipped from one position to the other. It is operated by a plastic slider. The slider arms had broken inside the drill body - so the wire could not be pushed from one position to the other.

I just knew plastic was involved somewhere.
