CT100, CS100, RG6 - ???

Go shop somewhere else ! CT100 or even better WF100. RG6 might well work, but is generally prefered for older analogue signals rather than modern digital signals, and not a good idea over a

WF100 has a solid "foam" type insulation inside which resist signal degredation through incorrect impedance caused by kinking and tight turns more hazardous on air spaced cores such as CT100.

WF100 is also more resistant to and water ingress if routed through wet areas like along gutters as seems to be a favoured method of cable runs these days (looking around at local dish installs)

WF100 is also used by telewest for their cable modem connections I believe too.

Saying all that, if you have genuine CT100 than get it. If you have more time, order a roll of WF100 off t'internet.

Not realy an aluminium foil more like some kind of plastic with a silvery appearance. RG6 is not much more expensive than normal tv coax, CT100 and the ones with copper sheild are much nicer and more expensive, use them!

Cable modem/TV coax has copper shield.
