I've just resealed my concrete garage panels where they meet the concrete base with a 45` fillet on the inside using a 3:1 sand cement mix. The concrete base to the fillet has adhered successfully using pva but moisture is penetrating the sand and cement fillet from the rain of the last few days.
Before I redo it again are there any suggestions for a water proof additive to the cement mix?
I thought about treating the existing fillet with Thompson water seal sprayed in any gaps on the outside and on the inside on the fillet.
Any thoughts?
