Anyone here done a boiler install and notified their BCO? I know they're all different but was just after a feel of what might be involved..

Please let me know how you get on. I somewhat suspect that it mighgt be a bit cheaper and much simpler to find a registered fitter and get him to sign it off.
I'd like to know how you get on too. Particularly what Building Control have to say when you ask/give them notice.
I have a CORGI chap who will be doing the boiler install once I've done all the wet side but would be interested to see if anything could be saved on costs.
