Hi, The chimney recess where my log/coal burner fits is rendered in cement which over each winter cracks behind the fire due to the heat. I have been looking at VITCAS High Temperature plasterboard and VITCAS fireplace render.
Does anyone have any experience with this/these materials? Or even a better suggestion. Thanks, Toiler
