Yes it is. Not all fittings are, but the red thing is the release ring. Just press it in and pull the fitting off. Can't be released when under pressure. No spares needed. The main ones that aren't easily demountable are the older grey Hep2o fittings.

The current Hep2O Slimline fittings are not demountable.
They are with a hacksaw.
And with an acetylene torch as well Matt. Boy you are dumb.
