Strange sort of prices on that website. I don't mean the level of prices, but the apparent randomness...
A colleague has just bought 2 Class Bs from them and is delighted. A couple of other people in the office have used them and are equally pleased.
As for lack of O/S, install Linux and have done with it. Tell your users it's the latest version of Windows - they'll be none the wiser.
