When the rain comes from the East some of it gets down the flue and has damaged the PCB. Are there any shields or cowls which i can use to stop the rain entering.

You've got a PCB in the combustion chamber?

No it drips out of the chamber onto the pcb below.
Put a 90 deg bend on the end to prevent in draught
