Adhesive recommendation please

Anyone any recommendations for an adhesive to stick a plastic-coated scotia to aluminium?

low foam polyurethane or spirit based contact adhesive

If the ally is bare, the oxide might make this hard to be permanent. Even paint peels off unless you use etch primer first. Brian
