True, and when sleeving has been fitted I've always found it on the switched rather than permanent live, and I've always fitted it that way, it's just "obvious" ... similarly I use the normal live colour for the permanent live on 2-way circuits and sleeve the other two colours, but there's nothing stopping you doing it in a "perverse" way ...
