This system allows to post a comment with a picture ( the "+image" link below the comment box), I think it may be useful to post an image of the pattern for just in case.  Chances to find a replacement tile with the exact matching pattern 20 years later are rather slim but I've contacted Armstrong (the manufacturer) on your behalf, let's see what idea they come up with.
