shop around for the 5 gallon pails of sealer, you may find its cheaper to have a company do it since they buy sealer at a big discount in a tanker truck
With most "shop lite" type fixtures the replacement T8 ballast would cost you more than buying a replacement fixture with the proper ballast for T8 lamps already installed in it... ~~ Evan

Next time you're getting read to take it to the shop, take the valve caps off, pour some kind of cheap perfume on the valve and then put the cap on tight.

When I was a kid back in the late sixties, the local electrical motor rewinding shop/industrial electrician had an electric box-van they used as a local service and delivery vehicle.
Doesn't matter if it is shop tools, or things for her kitchen.
