It is highly unlikely that you will ever miss the extra hp in a personal workshop, or even in a "pro" shop for that matter.

75K for a shop with a Home. Major gloat to me!! Where I am can't purchase a 1/4 acre land for less than $100K. He sucketh big time.
For me, add shop jig construction to the face frame work. I've also started to use pocket holes more than biscuits for finish (trim) work. Furniture gets more traditional joinery. Barry
My current trim contractor, who uses PC, used one of my HF brad nailers at the shop the other day and went right out and bought two.
I've got an entire shop full of Delta, and I've never had a problem- the two or three small parts that have broken were replaced quickly and without any guff.
If the answer is yes, lobby for a bigger shop!
