Stud Finders

Some US sites are listing it at under $20. A random check gives £42 http://www.tools-warehouse.co.uk/Zircon-Stud-Finders-Metal-Detectors-amp;-Scanners/products/101/ I placed an Amazon order for an item 2 weeks ago which came to £30 including postage.

Unused water heater, leave full or empty?

All dogs have a body temperature of 101-102F, no? Rat-dogs just have a lot more surface area (per weight) than large dogs.

OT -- car door locks need lubrication

Cellar drain

The water comes in the north wall drain and dumps into the cellar drain inside a pipe. My wood stove is in the basement and it is really dry.
