Assuming the scam was from here their shop seems to have gone away, what does paypal's buyer protection have to say?

Windows is weird.

And you cant have the phone tell you who has it in stock so you can shop there instead of somewhere else which doesn't have stock.

What to use on exterior Teak furniture?

Boat shop Teak Oil. easy to use no big deal to do once a year, I would stay away from any kind of varnish as mentioned.
