On a scale of 1-10 for a non-engineer my sketching is probably a 6 or 7. I think my sketching would look poor compared to that of an engineer. Maybe we should "Draw Blinky"? : ) I saved a copy of all of these and I will visit them. Thanks!
Put a spring loaded non-return valve just after the CH pump. That will stop it. That is the old way of doing it. Yep just after the pump, so the force of the pump fully opens it. If 22mm fit a 28mm non-return valve. If 28mm, you will be OK. The spring will keep it seated.

Some of the sites give just the commodity price (new material) but some give scrap prices. Your local recycler will likely pay a good deal less.
I usually use the "parts" illustrations in the owners manual.If you don't have the manual, I think you can get one off the internet by going to Sears, or maybe Kenmore web sites.
