Router speed control for shop-vac?

I want to use an old shop-vac as a heavy-duty exhaust fan. I have an application where I need to pull hot air out of an equipment area. I made a serious mistake and built 3" flexiduct into the walls to the exhaust fan area.

Proper MC for Maple, Ash

Ignore any answer from someone saying "wood always has to be at X% moisture" unless they live in your town and their shop is of the same type as yours (a garage or an airconditioned/heated interior space). The moisture content stabilizes to a different value depending on your environment.

Couple of quick electrical questions - lubrication and disposal

A friend was at a bus stop once, a lad near her gave her a free kitkat bar but he kept the silver foil , I think he was off to chase a dragon with it, rather than put it in a plug.

FOAK: Minor roads maps online?

In message , Tim Lamb writes Thanks, yes, I have used the Land Registry site, but at one time I had a link to a site where I could browse similar details, free. It may have been occupant(s) rather than owners, though.

TFL and Oyster cards

I though I would check my Oyster card and see if I needed to put more money on it in preparation for a possible trip to Wembley. Finally got logged in but the site is IMHO playing up.
