In message snipped-for-privacy@outlook.com, at 17:51:53 on Fri, 15 Apr 2022, Robin snipped-for-privacy@outlook.com remarked: What is significant in terms of the power surge? If it was 1GW, that'd be ~5 million fridges switching on. Which doesn't pass my sniff test.

Theoretically you need to pay for annual extended support licences; you need to buy the 2020 licence at $50, plus the 2021 licence at $100, plus the 2022 licence at $200, guess how much the 2023 licence will be? Then there won't be any more after that.

Thunderbird again

I don't disagree, but I have often wondered what the difference would be between an /archive/ folder and a /local/ folder with a specific name (which might be "Archive 2022", etc). I never use the Archive folder myself, preferring local folders with names which mean something. YMMV.
