My shop vac probably works better than their dust collector.
I apply shellac with a folded rag or heavy paper shop towel. Wipe with the grain. Much easier than using a brush.
I am waiting on mine to use against the price of a shop vac.

Why not just have one made in a cabinet shop. Won't cost much if they use scrap ebony they have around. Ed
I used 8gauge w/g to feed my shop which has a 60 foot run and it's protected by a 40amp breaker.
Take a piece of the old seal to a sheet metal shop, have them make new ones for you. Very easy. Dave
