Dumping surplus heat from solar panels

The xcel seems to offer a power free method, a thermostatic valve that at 95C allows cold mains water to run through the coil and dumps it via a tundish to a drain.

Using SD memory cards

Do you know for sure that the card reader works? I bought one via mail order from a computery place and it flatly refused to do anything: the one I subsequently picked up in a pound shop performs without a murmur of dissent. Nick

Shop fox does a lot of advertising with full page adds in woodworking magazines. And they never advertise prices. If you go to Grizzly's web site and do a search on Shop Fox you will see plenty. ...

Even more sensible would be to tell builder to get the supply to the shop reinstated, which presumably it has to be at some time, or use a suitable generator meantime. The builder to meet the costs and insure his liabilities of doing so.

~ 3000 tons That's ~8 "double dumps" btw I've done the shop vac "moving sandy soil / damp sand" experiment medium sized shop vac ~10 gallon........ soil removal rate ~ 1gpm so you've got something on the order of 650 hours of vacuum time.....not including time to empty & ...

Help with winterizing sprkinler system Febco

Here it is 55.00 per visit. But I do myself with my shop compressor. I shut off water, hook up compressor at 60 psi, manually cycle all the zones to purge water. I have only 7 zones, Takes about 15 mins. tops.

OT - Parking scam at Lidl

For example a supermarket close to the town centre near here operates a pay on exit car park, which is free for up to two hours for customers (you get your car park ticket stamped at the checkout or show a receipt to the attendant on exit).
