It's not an idea, it's already there, I'm just saying those who bother going to a shop are morons. Because it was one thing being delivered, very inefficient. When you get £100 of food delivered at once it's economical. Tesco only charge me £1 extra for delivery over getting it from ...

Considering detached metal clad workshop questions/comments

I am in the middle of a shop rewire. My concern is accidently leaving something on like a soldering iron that might cause a fire. So my shop light circuit will be connected to some heavy duty contactors basically relays, that will turn EVERYTHING but one outlet off with the lights.

However, I think the main focus of this shop is the "Shop" aspect. They have a shop that rents time and space out for users to build schtuff. It's setup with sort of a membership deal.

polyester finish

Jill: We've a shop in my area that does nothing but finishing. When I've had to have polyester for a customer, I did the work and sent the pieces to the finishing shop, and they came back perfect.

Enlarging a router insert for better dust collection?

Are you using a shop vac or a dust collector. If the latter, you might try the shop vac. The higher suction it produces gives much better results with small openings. Also, I'd second the ported fence idea.
