I'm not keen on private companies who store your credit card details so anyone with your password for that site could buy and pay for things. Unless there is a further card check like I often get with Barclaycard, which requires an additional password.

I was looking for something on the Travis Perkins site last night & noticed an 'apply for a trade card' thingy - so I filled it in. Someone from TP called me this morning, just asked what I did - that was all. Trade card in post.

Cleaning pc

The best procedure is to use the blowgun from your air compressor *and* your shop vac. Hold the shop vac hose down into the target area from one side and use the blowgun to loosen the dust and send it in the direction of the shop vac hose.

recharge auto a.c.

Even if you end up taking the car to a shop, the dye can avoid a shop recharge with dye. Saves you money. Some shops don't use sniffers. My last fix on my Lumina we used 2 4' UV tubes in a shop-light fixture to finally find the condenser leak after moving a radiator cowl ...

Dust collector

I've been using a shop vac for the table saw and planner. I'm ready to upgrade to a dust collector. The shop vac does a good job vacuuming the saw dust on the floor. Will a dust collector with a 2 1/2" hose running off of 4" hose work as well or should I keep the shop vac ...

Correct VIN?

What do you mean by "same repair shop"? Same shop that the seller told you has serviced the car? If that's the case, why would you ever think the VIN number could be wrong?

dehumidifier to control MC

If you have a damp shop and store your material in a drier location, then when you bring it from that location to the shop it's going reaclimate while you're trying to work on it. You need a stable environment in the shop, basically.
