TOT Electric cars will be cheaper to run

As a pensioner I pay income tax on my earnings from savings, including government pension and any other pension income, I pay council tax and I pay VAT on everything as well as fuel duty and alcohol duty. The *only* tax I *don't* pay, is national insurance.
