Pay before towing or after

Watching a tv court show where the tow truck wanted payment before towing. When I was towed 2 or 3 months ago, the guy drove 20 miles to get me and I'm pretty sure saw no sign of my having any money until we were a mile from the destination. What is typical?

Huw much will people pay?

I used to wonder about this but then I noticed a woman armed with a list. She never looked at the price once. I continued to look at others and they did the same. Thats how Tescos and the like make their money Robbie

dishwasher - not cleaning as well as before?

For some reason, some apple seeds got around the filter and plugged up the wholes in the rotating spray-arm. Pulled them out with tweezers and all was well.
