how well does Roof-It (Roof Coating Sealer) work

I don't know about "Roof-It" specifically. But, I do know of a few people that did the same thing with the silver and white flat roof coatings and it worked perfect for a decade and maybe more now. No problem with the concept and no good reason it shouldn't work as advertised and warrantied.
