I keep coming across people on the internet who are really new to computing.



Is there a website, or maybe a list that instructs all the simple things like defrag, disk cleanup, deleting cookies, and so on?

Tell them to use the help section located in the menu and in every program, there is a wealth of information already on their machines. Also, Micro$soft has some excellent NGs they can subscribe to.
