It had been a week since we contracted but with permits and work schedules and need for Miss Utility to mark ground. Fortunately old well with stuck new pump is working well supplying us with water.They would have started yesterday but discovered Delmarva power only marked underground electric on the road and not on the property.
New well will be about 50 ft from old well and would have been closer if not for trees I had planted. Another lesson for homeowners. If you will be living for decades in a home, that little thing you planted 40 years ago, can become an encumbrance when mature.
