What does it mean that the "US" is insisting that China join the START treaty, currently between the US and Russia?
Does it mean if China won't join, we won't renew the one we have. STumpie is always looking for an excuse to end a treaty, but that woudl be and unusually stupid one.
If that's not what it means, why did this come up when START was due for renewal? He could have been pressuring China to join START in progress. No need to wait for a renewal date.
Does he think blaming China for the virus is going to make them more cooperative on this or anything else? What good does it do him to blame China? No one thought the trumpistration invented the virus. Anything China did wrong, and it might have, doesn't negate anything stumpie did wrong. For him, best to look forward. Talk big about the future and try to do it, not about the present about things not actually happening.
