i'm stripping off some wall paper that is from the floor to about a third of way up the wall. the remaining wall (from the wall paper up) is already textured.. the problem is, i want the wall paper down ( the texture was sanded off underneath it).. my question is.. do i try to match the remaining textured wall? or can i retexture over it?
