I have four heaters that run along one wall. Three are not working. How can I fix this. I think it's the wiring. Thank You!

Use a meter to be sure you have power to them. Check the connections to be sure they are all connected. Turn the power off to them when you do that. If not the wiring, it could be burned out elements. Or thermostat.
