My parakeet has never taken a bath in his bird bath.
It is plenty large.
All he does is drink from it. :-)
Any suggestions ?

Explain to him that he'll never get a girl bird unlessess he's clean.
Maybe he doesn't like your watching.
He's a drinker, huh?
Give him a bar of soap.
