OT is my non-financial name worth listing.

OT It turns out I've been impacted by the Equifax hacking of names etc. and they're offering 4 years of free credit monitoring.

The form asks for my name, of course, and "Alternative name(s) (if any)". I have the name my friends call me, but I've never used it for money. OTOH I have put a second listing in the phone book under that name. Actually I changed both listings to name1 name2 lastname and name2 name1 lastname

I'm listed by it in Switchboard.com, actually with that name2 first!**

It's a real name, not like Bubba or Slim. Do you think I should include it on this form?

**Although it's very worth nothing that my phone number is hidden there, even though I've made no effort to hide my phone number. I paid extra for an extra listing when there was a phonebook (and afaik, shame on me, I was still paying until yesterday.) So why is my phone number hidden aand are they going to start hiding everyone's phone number and make people pay for them? If so, they should bring back the paper phone book. ////

If you want to know if you're in this category, you have until Jan 22 to apply.

If you've lost money (or time iirc) clearing up credit problems caused by this you can get up to $125 or 150, or less if a lot of people split the pot. Or free credit checking.

You must file a claim by January 22, 2020. Equifax montioring

There is a link on one of thse pages to see if you were impacted, via your last name and last 6 digits of SSN.

Give up, you're a clueless Democrat hack who is overwhelmed with the simple problem of life that we all deal with.
