Hi All,
Is there a such think as a vacuum that I could use on my decorative rocks that would pick up seeds and silt but not the rocks?

I thing a shop vac with an appropriately-sized screen attachment or brush should work just dandy.
It would need a variable speed and a really long extension cord!
Shop vac should work but maybe just blow off with leaf blower.
