Recently used the "new Trex decking" with the cap. In GA we have red clay dirt which stains everything. All of the new composite decks use this cap now. We can't get the red clay stains. I know from my many years in the building materials business that you can "not" use any oil based products since they need to absorb into the surface. Water based products are on the market & very expensive. We bought a $40.00 covering 200 sf. It didn't clean at all. Tried a second time but ran out. Now that 1/4 part is more dull than the rest. I really do not want to buy more of this. NEED HELP, ANY IDEAS?
