Would like to add universal 1.25" attachments to my Dirt Devil Simpli-Stik vacuum via a short hose attachment. After-market attachments are hard to find for this model.
Vacuum has a 1.25" female opening to accept male attachments with
1.25" outer diameter tip. Male tip jams about 1.5" into female port.
Given short 1.25" vacuum cleaner hose with bare ends, need different cuff couplers at each end.
1.) 1.25" inner thread coupler converting to 1.25" outer diameter non-threaded cuff
2.) 1.25" inner thread coupler converting to 1.25" inner diameter non-threaded cuff
I've looked everywhere for those but most couplers convert to a larger male tip than needed. Will appreciate any links to needed couplers and short (< 3 ft) vacuum hose. Thanks.
