Mold on sidewalk removal

Bleach kills mold. Perhaps you mean it won't remove it, which is true.

Jomax doesn't have bleach in it, you add bleach to it when you mix it.

I'd just use a power washer, works for me. Then if it's been a recurring problem, then maybe spray it with bleach periodically. Jomax is fine too, I use it when painting, followed by the power washer.

I have a similar product. You can smell the hypoclorite in it. In shaded areas, crap is still going to grow back.

Roof treatment has mold algae chemical, and uses sun to bleach over time.

It was the exact opposite for me, on sheet rock. Bleach killed the mold but the wall was still black. For some reason I thought it would turn it white too! Had to paint it.

Strange things growning on my untreated** picket fence, a mixture of bleach and water didn't work, even stronger than recommended. Had to use straight bleach.

If you can borrow a pressure washer, that should also work. You may be impressed at how much cleaner the sidewalk looks after being pressure washed.
