How to Save Fruit Trees from Cracked Bark
When someone gets a pimple on their face, ointments and remedies are usually used right away to get rid of it faster. The same should be done with garden trees if their bark starts to crack - only the "treatment" will be different.
If the bark of your apple, pear or plum trees is damaged, prepare a solution: add a couple of shovels of clay, half a kilogram of lime, a small bottle of office glue, half a grated piece of tar soap, 6 ml of Epin (biostimulator) or two tablets of Heteroauxin and a packet of systemic fungicide (Horus or Oxyhom) to 5 liters of water.
Mix the mixture thoroughly and apply it to the trunks of damaged trees, paying particular attention to cracks and voids.
P.S. Carry out such work in the garden only when the air temperature is above zero.
