I have a 4 year old GE side by side, GSS201EMBWW. It started not cooling or freezing well, and then , in a week or so, just quit working. Neither the compressor nor the fan are coming on, but it is getting power, because the interior lights and the water dispenser is working. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
