I live in the Phoenix area and its time to coat my 5 yr old foam flat roof. Any recommendations about spraying vs rolling? Also would like to know about experiences with different brands of coatings. Home Depot is touting Henry's and they carry another brand - I think its KoolCoat (?) or something similar.
