If you get miscoagulation honeycombing, does that reveal anything about the content of the concrete and how it deviated from the 3kpsi 1:3:3 cement:sand:stone spec? DOes honeycombing prove the contractor used an inappropriate mixture? Is it likely to be accidental or deliberate (skimping)?
