COEX Pipe

Apr 22, 2005 2 Replies

Anyone had any experience using COEX pipe? I have 10' lengths of 6" dia. and need to know what the best glue for the joints would be. If you could name that glue, I would appreciate the help.

Oh yah, replies that contain google and or Brittany Spears will be referred to the "What I hate about this group" posting.

Been to both, google didn't have it, and Brits pregnant now.

Your problem is like asking "What's your favorite brand of solder for copper pipe?" Other than that you are at the mercy of the manufacturer. The layers of COEX (CoExtrusion) pipe vary from one manufacturer to the other and some installers have had success using universal ABS/PVC cements but I would use what the manufacturer encourages. They will not warrantee any defects if it's not installed their way and you would have the hassle of digging up the pipe.

I contacted Brittany Spears who said she found your answer using Google. She suggested that you use google and said what she hates about this group are people using her name without asking her approval. You may as well contact your attorney. She will be issuing a lawsuite against you and will take all your money and your COED pipe too. Getting yourself castratrated might settle her down and cancel the legal case. Do it today !!!
