Tell him Thank You the next time you see him.
I do the bins most of the time, in fact every time on the outbound when they're heavier, since he forgets.
I'm not so sure he realised it was a camera, since 10 minutes later I saw him wandering around my drive investigating a flat packed shed I had propped against the house.
I wish one of my neighbours had a cctv, they might have spotted who tipped their old lawn mower in my land fill bin over the weekend. Brian
Stick an ad on Gumtree or Freecycle for scrap metal.
