I have those 'house settling' cracks in walls and ceilings, some a few feet long. What's the best product(s) for filling these that won't soon dry up and re-crack? TIA.

The best is to determine why there are cracks to begin with, there are several and make sure that is addressed first. After than almost any product will work.
